SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah ski team had a strong fall 2013 semester in the classroom, with the women finishing with the second-highest overall GPA among all Utah athletic teams. The men's team had the third-highest GPA in the department.

The women's ski team had a 3.630 GPA for the semester, and the team has a 3.542 cume GPA. The men had a 3.572 semester GPA and overall have a 3.545 cume GPA.

Four skiers had a 4.0 GPA for the semester - Chloe Fausa, Ana Kobal, Kristina Rove and Mark Engel.

The Utes placed 13 skiers on the Dean's List. In addition to Fausa, Kobal, Rove and Engel, also making the Dean's List was Nora Eide, Lauren Samuels, Joergen Brath, Tim Hribar, Andy Trow, Anna-Lena Heynen, Sloan Storey, Tucker McCrerey and Niklas Persson.

 

 

A total of 18 were on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll, including Jaime Dupratt, Teagen Palmer, Eian Sandvik, Anna Svendsen and Noé Bellet.
