"It has been an extremely competitive season with each school having standout squads that have been pushing the level of competition to a very high level," Utah Director of Skiing Kevin Sweeney said. "This has been exciting and rewarding to the RMISA as a whole. I am proud of the men's squads to be putting up such high numbers. The women's team has done a super job as well. I am happy with where we sit right now heading into the Regional and the NCAA Championships as we have excellent spirit and confidence. We also have a nice week of training in front of us, and the local venues are in great shape, to tune up for the next race starts."
The Utes took the RMISA Men's Nordic title with a total of 995, which was 166 points ahead of second-place Colorado.
After ending the season on a four-race win streak, senior Miles Havlick tops the NCAA Qualifications, MVP lists, Freestyle and Classical lists among the RMISA's men's Nordic ranks.
