SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah diving teams will travel to Oklahoma City, Okla., to compete in the 2006 NCAA Zone E Men's and Women's Diving Regional March 9-11 at Oklahoma City Community College. Air Force will be the host institution at the event.

Competing for the Utes will be Jacob Jewett, Andrew Jones and Sterling Richards on the men's side, while Kelsey Patterson and Anna Braszkiwiecz will compete for the women.

Thursday's competitions kicks-off at 10:30 a.m. (CST) with the women's 1-meter diving, followed by the men's 3-meter diving at 3:15.

The men's 1-meter diving begins at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, followed by the women's 3-meter diving at 3:30 p.m. On Saturday, the women's platform begins at 10:15 a.m. and the men's platform diving at 1:45 p.m.

Richards claimed the Mountain West Conference title in the 1-meter and 3-meter events at the 2006 MWC Swimming and Diving Championships Feb. 22-25, which was also held at the Aquatic Center at Oklahoma City Community College. Richards has won the 3-meter three years straight, while this marks his first 1-meter conference title after finishing second in 2004 and 2005. Richards tallied 318.55 points in the 1-meter and 361.10 points in the 3-meter.

Jones finished fourth in the men's platform event at the conference championships. Jones tallied 269.20 points in the event.

Patterson claimed her first 1-meter conference title, as well as the women's platform title at the conference championships. Patterson tallied 284.35 points in the 1-meter and 285.95 points on the platform. Patterson finished second in the 3-meter with 316.15 points after winning the event at the 2005 championships.

Braszkiwiecz placed sixth in the women's 3-meter event at the conference championships with 273.10 points. The freshman placed eighth in the 1-meter with 243.55 points.

Men's 3-Meter: 3:15 p.m.-5:45

Friday March 10 Men's 1-Meter: 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Women's 3-Meter: 3:15 p.m.-7

Saturday March 11 Women's Platform: 10:15 am.-12:45 Men's Platform: 1:45 p.m.-3:45
