With baseball season right around the corner, UtahUtes.com will introduce you to the new players on the team in 'Getting to Know.' Today's spotlight is Aaron Kracke, who played at Lewiston High School and is from Lewiston, Idaho.

What is your favorite baseball memory?
Coming in in the sixth inning with a tie game, shutting down the other team and taking us to the championship in that tournament.

What is your favorite sport besides baseball?

What do you like to do when you are not playing baseball?

Do you have a nickname? How did you get your nickname?
Kelso - the team thought I looked like Kelso from That 70's Show.

Why did you choose Utah? What is the best thing about Utah?
I liked the campus. The best thing about Utah is the area and the community.

Who has been the biggest influence in your life and why?
Jonas Yochum, my best friend who basically taught me how to live life and persevere. He died my sophomore year in high school.

My favorite thing about Salt Lake City is:
The people.

What are your goals for this year?
To be a big contributor to the team.

What is your major and what do you want to do after you graduate?
Mechanical engineering, and I want to work with robotics.
