Dallas Carroll won Utah's first-ever baseball Pac-12 Player of the Week award this week. He hit .412 for the week (7-for-17) with two doubles, five RBI and a stolen base against Utah Valley and Stanford.
Utah is second in the Pac-12 in triples (11) and stolen bases (39).
Arizona is 15-11 on the season. The Wildcats have struggled to start Pac-12 play, going 0-6 in series against Oregon State and Oregon.
"[Arizona's] Pac-12 record isn't indicative of who they are and where they are going to be," Utah head coach Bill Kinneberg said. "They are a quality team. We will have to play well this weekend."
