The Utah baseball team has four former players currently playing in the minor leagues.
Stephen Fife has bounced between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Triple-A Albuquerque for the last two seasons, and is currently on the Dodgers 40 man roster. He starts the year with the Isotopes. In two years with the Dodgers, he is 4-6 in 17 games with a 3.49 ERA and 65 strikeouts.
C.J. Cron returns to his college roots this year, playing with the Salt Lake Bees, the Triple A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels. Cron has earned a variety of honors during his time in the minor leagues, including being named to the Futures Game last season. He hit .274 with Double-A Arkansas last season with 36 doubles and 14 home runs.
Parker Morin moves up to Double-A in the Kansas City Royals organization, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals. He hit .226 in 88 games with high-A Wilmington last year.
Tyler Wagner, with the Milwaukee Brewers organization, is with the high-A Brevard County Manatees. Wagner went 10-8 with a 3.21 ERA last year and 116 strikeouts with Wisconsin.
