UTES HAVE JUST THREE UPPER CLASSMEN: This year's Utes team is young. The Utes started the season with just three upper classmen on the roster. They are seniors MICHAEL DOLEAC and DREW HANSEN and junior ANDRE MILLER. DAVID JACKSON, ALEX JENSEN, JORDIE MCTAVISH and HANNO MOTTOLA are sophomores while NATE ALTHOFF, GREG BARRATT, JON CARLISLE, TRACE CATON, BRITTON JOHNSEN and ADAM SHARP are freshmen. Johnsen has not yet played this year due to an injured knee while Sharp is slated to redshirt.

RICK'S REMARKS: ON WEBER STATE: "Weber has beaten us, we've felt the sting of that. They are very well coached and they are going to be very prepared. They have excellent athletes and are a veteran team. Alex Fisher has been around the block and is an excellent three-point shooter. Damien Baskerville is probably the premier player in the Big Sky and was on our all-opponent team last year. They have a lot of firepower inside. We recruited Cameron Koford and we have a lot of respect for him. They will play tough. Weber won't catch us sleeping. Our guys are well aware of them. We have a tremendous amount of respect for them and what they have accomplished."
