-Junior guard Glen Dean scored a team-high 16 points on 5-of-10 shooting, including 4-of-9 from 3-point range, and dished out two assists. It was his second straight game in double figures.
-Senior wing Cedric Martin dished out a career-high seven assists and made a career-high five steals. He also tied for the team-high rebound honors with seven and scored four points.
-Senior guard Jarred DuBois made his Utah debut and scored his first points as a Ute on a layup to start the game. He finished the game with 13 points on 5-of-14 from the field, adding four rebounds and two assists.
-Junior forward Renan Lenz scored double digits for the first time as a Ute, finishing with 10 points on 4-of-5 from the field and 2-of-2 at the charity stripe. He also made two assists and had three rebounds.
-For the second straight game, sophomore center Dallin Bachynski tied for the team high in rebounds, pulling down seven. He also added nine points, two blocks and two steals.
-Utah is averaging 19.0 assists through its first two games, with 17 helpers tonight and 21 against Willamette in the season opener. Utah had 17 or more assists only once last season.
-Utah was outrebounded, 38-34 overall, including 13-10 on the offensive glass.
