Utah’s 70 points tied for the 10th highest single-game total in school history. The last time Utah scored 70 points was against UTEP in 1973 (82-6).
This marks only the second time in school history that Utah has amassed 100 points in its first two games (1973; 29-22 loss at Texas Tech, 82-6 win vs. UTEP).
Utah scored 35 points in the second quarter, which is the most points that Utah has scored in a quarter since 1968 (the first year quarter records could be obtained).

Travis Wilson was responsible for five touchdowns, passing for three touchdowns and rushing for two scores. Wilson went 14-of-19 for 264 yards passing while rushing three times for 93 yards. He had a long rush of 51 yards for a touchdown. Wilson has six career rushing touchdowns.
Travis Wilson’s 80-yard touchdown pass to Sean Fitzgerald is tied for the 10th-longest pass play in Utah history. It is the longest Utah pass play since 2009.
Dres Anderson had four catches for 103 yards, his first career 100-yard game. He scored on a 57-yard reception in the second quarter.
Sean Fitzgerald made three catches for a career-high 87 yards. He scored two touchdowns for the first scores of his career.
Lucky Radley had a career-high 111 rushing yards (13 carries). He scored two touchdowns in the third quarter on runs of 17 and 11 yards. Radley has three career touchdowns.
Kelvin York scored his first touchdown of the season and fourth of his career on a 24-yard run in the second quarter.
James Poole amassed 146 all-purpose yards (44 rushing, 20 receiving, 82 punt return).
QB Adam Schulz made his second career appearance in the second half, going 3-5 for 36 yards passing.
Tenny Palepoi led the defense with eight tackles, including 2.5 TFL and 1.5 sacks. The Utah defense recorded seven sacks.
Mike Honeycutt forced a fumble on a Weber State kickoff return, which he recovered and took in for his first career touchdown.
