UCLA was averaging 614.3 total yards of offense per game and 52.7 points per game coming into the game. The Bruins finished with 404 yards of offense and 34 points.
Travis Wilson finished 22-of-44 for 288 yards. It was the seventh time in his career that he passed for over 200 yards in a game, and he has passed for over 200 yards in all five games this year.
Wilson's six interceptions are the most in a game at Utah since 1976, and tied for the second-most all-time in a game at Utah.
Sean Fitzgerald scored his third touchdown of the season on a six-yard catch in the first quarter. He finished with five catches for 53 yards.
Dres Anderson scored his fourth touchdown of the season on a 54-yard reception in the first quarter. Anderson caught six balls for 106 yards giving him four-straight 100-yard receiving games.
Kelvin York led Utah in rushing with 51 yards on 13 carries (3.9 average). Bubba Pool (five carries, 26 yards) and Lucky Radley (seven carries, 25 yards) also made significant contributions at running back.
Andy Phillips remained perfect on the season, converting a 37-yarder and a 44-yarder to go 9-for-9 on the year. Phillips is 3-of-3 this season on field goals 40 yards or longer. The Utes also recovered an onside kick in the fourth quarter, making the Utah kicker 2-for-2 on those tries this season.
Jared Norris had a team and career-high 12 tackles to go along with two sacks. Trevor Reilly had a career-high 11 tackles with seven solo stops. Jason Whittingham had a career-high with 10 tackles, five solo, and two for a loss while Nate Orchard had a career-high nine tackles, one for a loss.
Keith McGill had his first career interception in the fourth quarter. He returned the ball 19 yards for a game-tying touchdown.
Attendance was 45,272, Utah's 22nd-straight sellout.
