Utah falls to 3-9 all-time against USC. The Utes are 1-2 on the road this year (4-4 overall, 1-4 Pac-12).

The last time Utah was held without a touchdown was the 2010 Las Vegas Bowl against Boise State (23-3).

Utah held USC to a season-low 30 rushing yards, the third time this season Utah has held an opponent under 100 yards rushing (69 yards vs. Weber State, 48 yards vs. Oregon State).

USC had just 260 total yards, the second time this year that an opponent has been held under 300 yards (205 yards vs. Weber State).

Utah had 10 tackles for loss, its second-most this season (11 TFL vs. Weber State).

Trevor Reilly led Utah in tackles for the third time this season with 11. He also had two sacks and 2.5 TFL to extend his team-leading numbers in all three categories.

Michael Walker was second on the team with a career-high eight tackles. Walker had 1.5 TFL.

Jacoby Hale returned to the field after missing the last two games due to injury. All three of Hale's tackles were for a loss with two sacks.

Geoff Norwood had a career-long 40-yard punt return in the third quarter as part of a career-high 67 yards in punt returns (three returns). Norwood led Utah with 97 yards of total offense, which included a 30-yard reception.

Travis Wilson went 5-of-14 for 51 yards with two interceptions at quarterback. He was Utah's leading rusher with 42 yards on 12 carries (long of 24).

Adam Schulz went 7-of-17 for 79 yards (one interception) at quarterback.

Anthony Denham led Utah in receiving with three catches for 42 yards (long of 24).

Tom Hackett dropped a punt at the 10-yard line in the second quarter, his sixth punt this season inside the 10-yard line. Hackett put two of his five punts inside the 20-yard line (37.4 average).

Andy Phillips went 1-for-2 in field goals, making a 42-yarder in the first quarter and missing from 32 yards in the fourth quarter. He is 13-of-15 on the season.
