There is a lot in store for Utah's fifth and final week of spring football camp. The Utes will hold their final two practices on Tuesday and Thursday (3-5 p.m.) before closing camp with the ninth-annual Red-White Spring Game on Saturday, April 21 starting at 1 p.m. in Rice-Eccles Stadium. Tuesday's practice will feature full tackling while on Thursday the pads will come off.

The Red-White game on Saturday, April 21 is free, as are several events leading up to it. A schedule follows:

6 a.m.-1 p.m. Ultimate Tailgate: Pre-registrants have completely filled this popular event but fans are welcome to walk through the tailgate (in the west lot of Rice-Eccles Stadium) and watch the celebrity judging competition for best BBQ.

11 a.m. MUSS Flag Football Game

12:00 p.m. Alumni Football Game: Former Utes relive their playing days in Rice-Eccles Stadium. The list of expected participants includes current Ute coaches Jay Hill, Brian Johnson, Morgan Scalley and Sharrieff Shah. Around 35 former players are expected to participate.

1:00 p.m. Red-White Game

Post-Game Autographs: Players and coaches will be available for autographs on the East concourse after the game. This is a change from past years when the autograph session was held on the field.

The head coaches for Saturday's Red-White game will be cornerbacks coach Sharrieff Shah (red team) and fullbacks/tight ends coach Ilaisa Tuiaki (white team). Red team assistants include Brian Johnson, Chad Kauha'aha'a and Jay Hill. White team assistants include Morgan Scalley, Aaron Roderick, Kalani Sitake and Dan Finn. An assortment of graduate assistants, administrative assistants and staff members will complete the coaching staffs.

The losing team and coaches will spend 30 minutes on Monday, April 23 cleaning the temporary football facility ... The game will feature 10-minute quarters with a normal clock in the first half and a running clock in the second half. Halftime will last eight minutes. Each team will be allowed two timeouts per half. There will not be any punt or kickoff returns ... After a score of any type, if the scoring team is behind by more than 10 points, it will retain possession of the ball ... While there will be no limitations on what the offense can run, the defense can only rush four players and drop seven back. Any deviations from that defensive structure (such as slanting, blitzing, twisting, looping, bluffing, spying, etc.) will result in a 15-yard penalty.

The most ambitious fund-raising campaign in the history of Utah athletics kicks off Saturday night after the Red-White game with a dinner for the athletic department's biggest donors. Director of Athletics Dr. Chris Hill will officially announce the Campaign for Utah Athletics, which hopes to raise $150 million from Utah fans around the world. In attendance at Saturday's dinner will be University President Dr. David Pershing, Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott, ESPN reporter Holly Rowe, former Ute greats Eric Weddle, Luther Elliss, Missy Marlowe, Kim Smith and Tyrone Medley, Ute coaches and the department's top 150 donors.
