The University of Utah women's basketball team ends its 2013-14 regular-season by hosting USC on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 7 p.m. MT and UCLA on Sunday, Mar. 2 at 2 p.m. MT.

Utah is 11-16 overall through 27 games and the Utes are 4-12 in league play. Including a 52-47 win over Arizona in Tucson on Feb. 21, the Utes are 4-8 in true road contests this season, including a 2-7 mark in Pac-12 road games.

Power of Pink: Wear pink to Thursday's game to receive free admission. The team has also teamed up with the Huntsman Cancer Institute for its pre-game Pink Walk starting at 5 p.m. MT. The event is free for all participants, starts at the HCI and ends with a pre-game reception at the Huntsman Center.

Senior Day: A special pregame presentation for the three seniors on the team: Ariel Reynolds (Portland, Ore.), Ciera Dunbar (Elko, Nev.) and Michelle Plouffe (Edmonton, Alberta) as they take the court for the last time in the Jon M. Huntsman Center on Sunday, Mar. 2.

Plouffe Power: Plouffe is second in the Pac-12 with 8.3 defensive rebounds per game and third in the league in total rebounds at 10.4 per game (29th in NCAA). Plouffe is third with 13 double-doubles (29th in NCAA), sixth (111th in NCAA) in steals (2.0 per game), eighth in minutes (34.2 per game), ninth in scoring (17.8 ppg) (92nd in NCAA) and 15th in free throw shooting (.717, 104-145). She also has a .413 (157-380) shooting percentage (220th in NCAA). In the league-only stats, Plouffe is third in defensive rebounds (8.3 drpg), tied for fourth in total rebounding (9.8 rpg), tied for sixth in steals (2.0 spg), tied for eighth minutes (34.4 mpg) and 13th in scoring (16.9 ppg).

Exclusive Company: Plouffe is fourth in school history with 2,012 career points and is the fourth player in school history to join the 2,000-point club. She is 63 points away from tying Asper (2,075 from 1980-84) for third place on Utah's all-time scoring list. Smith and Julie Krommenhoek (2,087 points from 1994-98) occupy the top two places, respectively.

More From Malia: Freshman guard Malia Nawahine (Springville, Utah) was second on the team last week with 10.0 points per game at Arizona and Arizona State. Nawahine was 4-for-8 from the field and 3-for-3 from the foul line for a game-high 12 points on Feb. 23 at Arizona State for her sixth double-figure-point game of the season and the third time she has had 10 or more in the last seven contests. Nawahine has been in double-digits in points three times in Utah's last six games, averaging 9.2 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.7 assists per contest during that stretch.

Potter Piles Up the Stats: Freshman forward Emily Potter (Winnipeg, Manitoba) is third in the latest Pac-12 statistics (100th in NCAA) in blocked shots (1.5 per game).

Potter is also seventh in field goal percentage (.467, 122-261), 11th in defensive rebounds (4.9 drpg), 17th in rebounding (6.5 per game) and 27th in the league in scoring (10.6 per game). She leads Pac-12 freshmen in blocks, defensive rebounds and shooting, second in defensive rebounds, and fourth in scoring.

In conference games only, Potter is fourth in blocks (1.6 bpg), 12th in defensive rebounds (5.3 drpg), tied for 15th in total rebounds (6.8 rpg) and 27th in scoring (9.4 ppg).

Wilson Shows Range: Junior guard Cheyenne Wilson (Seattle, Wash.) ranks fifth in the conference with a .408 (40-98) clip from beyond the arc. She is 13th with 1.5 3's per game. In the league-only stats, Wilson is 11th with a .389 (21-54) mark from distance and tied for 15th with 1.3 3-pointers per game. In four games from Jan. 29 through Feb. 10, Wilson shot .559 (19-34) from the field and .538 (7-13) from 3-point range and averaged 12.3 points, 3.3 assists during that stretch.

Dimes From Dani: Sophomore guard Danielle Rodriguez (Downey, Calif.) is third in the Pac-12 (111th in NCAA) with 4.3 assists per game this season and ranks fourth (62nd in NCAA) in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.8, 115-64). She is sixth in the Pac-12 in minutes played (35.7 mpg). In league games only, she is fifth in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.5, 56-38), tied for fifth in assists (3.5 apg) and seventh in minutes (35.6 mpg).

All-Time Series History: The Utes face a 6-3 deficit in the all-time series with the Bruins. Utah's last win in the series came on Dec. 1, 2001 in Salt Lake City by a score of 89-42. Utah's series with USC is at 6-5 in favor of the Trojans with the Utes taking three of the last four meetings from the Trojans. Utah has won two of three matchups as a member of the Pac-12.
