The Utah women's basketball team is currently on a 10-day trip through Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Follow the Utes travels as they travel through Scandinavia through player diaries and photos, which will be posted each day of their trip. Today's diary entry is from Danielle Rodriguez.

Today we had some free time in the morning to eat a good breakfast at the hotel and head down to some shops. I went on a little shopping spree and was able to buy a few gifts for my family back home. Then we got to my favorite part of the trip so far. We had the opportunity to see and take a tour of a castle that was built over 700 years ago. The castle was built right off the shore so you could see the city and the ocean. We got to see dungeons, and old rooms, both big and small, and got to see where the old kings and queens were kept. We learned a lot of history about how Norway became independent and just a lot about their country. After the tour we were on our own to eat before we got on a giant ship for Copenhagen. This was my first time being on a ship this big. The cabins were smaller than my dorm rooms and could fit up to 4 people! The rest of the day we had free time to eat, shop, sleep, swim or do whatever you could find on the ship. I made my way over to the buffet and left so full and satisfied.
