For the second-straight week, Utah junior gymnast Georgia Dabritz has been named the Pac-12 Specialist of the Week.
Dabritz won two of her three events in Utah's 196.875-196.275 victory at Cal last Friday, scoring a 9.95 on floor and a 9.90 on bars (tying with teammate Corrie Lothrop). Dabritz also scored a 9.90 on vault.
In Utah's two meets this season, Dabritz has won four of the six routines she has performed. She is currently ranked second in the nation on the bars with a 9.925 season average and is tied for eighth nationally on floor and 11th on vault.
It is the fifth career weekly Pac-12 award for Dabritz, who has been named Pac-12 Gymnast of the Week twice and Specialist of the Week three times.
The No. 4 Utes host No. 8 UCLA on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. MT in the Huntsman Center. The meet will be televised on the Pac-12 Networks.
