Gymnasts Wilson and Dabritz win Pac-12 Honors

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.-- -
Utah junior gymnast Georgia Dabritz has been named the Pac-12 Specialist of the Week for the fourth-consecutive week and junior Tory Wilson was honored as the Pac-12 Gymnast of the Week for their efforts in Utah's 197.200-194.900 win at No. 19 Arizona State last Saturday.

The duo led Utah to a season-high 197.200 at ASU and the 1,000th win in program history. Dabritz, competing on three events, won the bars (9.925) and floor (9.95). She is undefeated on bars this season (4-0) and has won three of four floor titles and nine of her 12 total events.

Georgia Dabritz wins Pac-12 Specialist of the Week for the fourth-straight week

Wilson won her third all-around title of the season at ASU, tying her season best with a 39.45, and had season highs on beam (9.85) and floor (9.875). It is the first Pac-12 Gymnast of the Week award of Wilson's career and the first by a Ute this season.

Tory Wilson was named Pac-12 Gymnast of the Week.

Dabritz has now won seven career weekly Pac-12 awards, earning Pac-12 Gymnast of the Week twice and Specialist of the Week five times. Wilson picks up her fifth career Pac-12 weekly award. She was named Pac-12 Specialist of the Week four times last season.

The No. 4 Utes are home this Friday against No. 13 Arizona State. The meet will start at 7:00 p.m. with a pre-meet presentation to head coach Greg Marsden at 6:45 p.m. to recognize him for becoming the first 1,000-win coach in NCAA gymnastics history.
