SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah volleyball program will play all of its home matches in the Jon M. Huntsman Center starting during the 2013 season, Utah Athletics announced.

Go to utahtickets.com or call 1-581-UTIX (8849) right now to ensure that you don't miss a point of the action in the new home of Utah Volleyball.

"There is so much Utah Volleyball history and tradition in Crimson Court, but it is time for our program to play in the Huntsman Center," Utah head coach Beth Launiere said. "While it is sad to say good bye to the intimate venue where we have had so many big wins over the years, we feel the level of our volleyball program and the Pac-12 Conference warrants this move. We are looking forward to this new and exciting change!"

Season tickets in an assigned seat on the floor can be purchased for just $75, while a season pass for general admission in general seating are available for $50.

Although the complete schedule with dates and times will not be finalized until June 15, the Utes will host:

Arizona
Arizona State
BYU
California
Colorado
Fairfield
Northern Iowa
Oregon
Oregon State
Stanford
USC
Utah State
Washington
Washington State

Utah played in Crimson Court from 1994 through 2012 and won 75 percent of its matches within its cozy confines, accumulating a 189-63 overall record. The facility will now be used primarily as a practice gym and may host matches as scheduling conflicts arise.

The Utes are currently preparing for the 2013 season with drills and will begin its spring exhibition schedule on Mar. 20 against Utah Valley in Crimson Court at 4 p.m. Go to utahutes.com for all of the details.
