Two Utah volleyball matches will be televised this year.

SALT LAKE CITY - The No. 21-ranked University of Utah volleyball team will have two of its matches televised this season, starting with this Friday's match against Colorado State.
The Friday, Sept. 15, match against the Rams is slated to air as part of CSTV's Match of the Week. It will be televised on Sunday, Sept. 17, at 4 p.m. (MDT).
In addition to the CSU home match, Utah's home date against UNLV on Sunday, Oct. 22, will also be televised. It will air on the mtn., on Sunday, Oct. 22, at 9 p.m.
A sum total of nine regular season games (eight conference tilts and one non-conference match) and seven MWC Women's Volleyball Championship matches are included in the package, with the Mountain West Sports Network - the mtn., airing 15 contests and CSTV broadcasting two matches.
For the seventh straight season, the MWC Tournament will be televised. Quarterfinal and semifinal matches will be shown on the mtn. (times TBA), while the championship match will be broadcast live on CSTV, Saturday, November 25 at 8 p.m. PT.
Today's television announcement reflects the new partnership between CSTV Networks and Comcast for ownership and distribution of the mtn. - Mountain West Sports Network. The mtn. is the first-ever network dedicated to a collegiate conference.
